I started Mayfly Administration because I’ve always loved working with smaller companies. I realised that not every business needs a full-time administrator – workloads often ebb and flow with the seasons or specific projects. I wanted to offer flexible, reliable support that fits around those natural rhythms, whether it’s one-off projects, weekly email management, or occasional help during busier times.

With over 15 years of admin experience across industries like insurance, healthcare, and procurement, I’ve developed a wide range of skills – from project management and website updates to data entry and helpdesk support.

I work fully remotely, so I can jump in wherever and whenever you need. Maybe things are getting hectic and you need an extra pair of hands, or maybe you just want someone to take on those repetitive admin tasks (you know the ones no one ever wants to do!) – that’s where I come in.
